Skip Tracing Mechanism

Tele-collectors

Our tele-collectors are well trained professionals, in collection strategies and well verse in PDPA, FSA, IFSA, FDCPA, AMLA which is an advantage for us to advise debtors to make payments. We work closely with debtors to bridge them to our clients.

Staff’s

Antara Capital Staffs are required to attend monthly collection trainings. This is to make sure that our staff’s will abide to all collection rules set by Bank Negara and our clients. 

Our Field visit staffs are well trained to handle any situation when meeting debtors. They are required to be customer oriented, to explain and to negotiate payment with immediate effect when meeting debtors.

Our in-house officers will contact every debtor’s which our field staff contacted, to get debtors feedback on their behaviours during payment negotiation. It is our duty to make sure that there are no complaint’s or dissatisfactions among debtors.

Preliminary Analysis

All staffs at Antara Capital are well-versed in management and debt recovery requirements. They also have a good knowledge of the laws, compliance and clean desk policy to make sure that there are no hiccups in the business practices.

Voice Logger & Backup /BCP

  • Software in ELASTIX Unit – with recording backed up internally (external hard disk) daily.
  • Software in VOLARE Unit – with recording backed up external at Bangsar South every day.

LOD

A letter of demand sends to customers mainly to remind about their pass due’s. Only letters that has been approved by our clients will be served to the debtors. By this our clients can make certain that no complaints received from debtors. We strictly adhere to Fair Debts Collection Practise and we make sure no complaints received by our clients on the letters served to the debtors. The letters are free of charge.

Technology

At Antara Capital Resources we are using VOLARE System to record all communication and to keep safe all customers data. This software is also equipped with voice logger system and displays counts by day, number of calls made, short message services (Approved template obtained from our clients) with 24 hours data security and backup data services at second office. Our clients can have peace of mind about their data security.

Cost Effective

We have cost effective solutions to issues involving receivables management because we:

  • perform skip tracing/company search on debtor as soon as cases are assigned
  • arrange for Letter of Demand to be sent saving our clients the cost incurred for engaging lawyers
  • shorten the turnaround time for cases assigned

Collection of Payments

Strictly NO CASH or CHEQUE COLLECTION, unless otherwise agreed by our clients upon or as so required, made towards our respective clients’ favour.
